The prices shown the list page include shipping and handling to all places other than the exceptions named.
We ship via regular airmail to the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, European countries, Asia and Oceania. For these countries and regions, the prices on the list page are all-inclusive. However, we charge an additional 1 USD for shipping to countries in South America and Africa.
Airmail takes an average of 1 week from Japan to your country. Sometimes it can take 4 days, and sometimes it can take 10 days. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please let us know.
We have shipped more than 2000 times to countries all over the world, and only a few percent of those shipments have not been delivered. However, if you are in a country whose postal system is not dependable, we recommend that you choose registered mail. The additional charge for this is only 3.50 USD.
If you live in Taiwan, Korea or China, please send your name and address in the characters of your own languages. We have Big-5, Hangul and GB codes font sets. If print-outs are pasted on your packages, they should reach you more easily.
PayPal and MoneyBookers are, for us, the most convenient methods of receiving payment. They are also the fastest methods.
An IPMO (International Postal Money Order) is acceptable, but some commission must be paid to have it made. It takes approximately 1 week to reach us.
Cash via Airmail is also acceptable, though we do not recommend it, specially for large orders. Please wrap US dollar banknotes in aluminum foil before mailing them. This is to prevent their being detected during X-ray checks. The regulations do not permit cash to be sent by airmail. This method should be considered the last option.
